Epoxy Adhesives

TEROSON® MS 9399 is excellent for UV and wearing resistance. After mixing, this highly viscous, sag-resistant, 2-part adhesive has a room temperature cure, short tack-free time and high initial strength. It’s also free from solvents, isocyanates and silicone, and perfect for elastic bonding in caravan manufacture, the railroad vehicle industry or shipbuilding.

ASI DS Manual Dispensing Gun DS99490 is a manual applicator designed for use with 490 ml cartridges. It operates with a 10:1 mixing ratio, making it suitable for various applications that require precise dispensing.

ASI Epoxy Adhesive MP5405 is a two part unfilled epoxy adhesive designed for ceramics and most plastics. It cures to a tough semi-rigid material and is free flowing in viscosity. It features good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either dispensing equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 3-5 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Dual Drive Manual Applicators are used to dispense two-component 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesives packaged in Duo-Pak (DP) cartridges. There are a variety of applicators available to match the needs of your manufacturing process. Manual hand motion drives the dual pistons directly into the Duo-Pak cartridge, applying equal pressure and feeding the two components of the adhesive directly into the mixing nozzle (sold separately). These manual applicators offer take-it-to-the job convenience: no air hoses or electrical cords necessary.

LOCTITE® HY 4070 Universal Bonder is designed for the assembly of parts with bond gaps up to 0.2 in (5 mm), and/or for applications where the complete cure of excess adhesive is a must. The gel consistency prevents adhesive flow even on vertical surfaces. Ideally suited for applications where temperature and moisture resistance is required. Best application results are achieved with use of the LOCTITE cyanoacrylate mixing nozzle (contained in the 11 gram kit).

LOCTITE® AA H3410 adhesive system is designed to have excellent bond strength on multiple substrates. It offers superior peel and impact resistance and is compatible with metal pre-treatment and paint bake cycles. This adhesive contains 0.25 mm (10 mil) glass beads to insure adequate bond line control.

Designed as a replacement for welding and mechanical fasteners, this non-sag adhesive delivers high-strength bonds on aluminum, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, and most plastics. Additionally, these bonds provide excellent durability, even in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C) and in powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 392°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

LOCTITE® AA H8000 is a green, 2-part, non-sag, room temperature curing methacrylate acrylic adhesive system. It has a fast fixture time and excellent bond strength on multiple substrates including metals, plastics and composites. It also provides high elongation and excellent cold temperature impact strength. It forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures.

ASI Structural Adhesive MP55420 is a high performance two part methacrylate adhesive engineered to bond a wide range of plastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It offers outstanding bond strength, is extremely durable, with excellent impact and weathering properties. This adhesive greatly increases the reliability of finished assemblies with exceptional flexibility, its ability to with stand extreme temperature fluctuation and thermal cycling, and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions. For use on as received metal surfaces including aluminum, stainless and plated steels and forms tough, high strength bonds without surface preparation.
